| Perhaps you are wondering how a two day class can certify you to become a hypnotherapist. Aren't classes supposed to be longer than that? Shouldn't it take a year or at least a few months?
NO! Don't be mislead by "schools" which tell you that you need 300 hours, or the class has to be a certain length or anything such as that. I have found that if you take out all the personal stories told by teachers, and all the off-target information, you are left with two full days of information and training, and that is it. So, your long hypnotherapy class may train you for a long time, but the real meat of hypnotherapy is ALL I teach. I get right down to business and I do not get side-tracked at all. It is the best, most efficient, and most honest way to learn hypnotherapy.
The truth is that in most states hypnotherapy is not licensed. This means that there are no requirements to practice other than a regular business license. No training, no certification, nothing. How can this be?
Well, the industry is self-regulating at this point. I run the American Alliance of Hypnotists, for example. We regulate the training of our certified hypnotherapists. Also, other organizations grant our training hypnotherapists immediate membership (such as the National Guild of Hypnotists).
So, I invite you to enroll today for either an in-person class or an online class. Both give you the skills and business knowledge you need to start earning $150/hour or more as a certified clinical hypnotherapist. Start your career today!
