How it works

How the scripts are meant to be used:

Read, don't memoriseEach script is written to be read aloud to a client whose eyes are closed — read it through once before the session.
Adapt itChapter 1 explains what to cut or change for a particular client, and the one rule: never insert anything that could cause harm.
Where it goesThe script is the middle of the session — after the induction and deepening, before amnesia and trance termination — so each one begins with the client already relaxed.

Motivation for Weight Loss

You are feeling relaxed and at ease. Think back to what you looked like before you started your weight loss program. It could be one week ago or one year ago. Think about how much you have accomplished. Once a week, you should reflect back on all that you have accomplished so far. You will come up with a long term and several short-term goals. The long-term goal is your ideal weight or your desired look and these goals are realistic. Your short-term goals are the personal goal that you have for the next week. These goals are also realistic, and they will help you stay motivated throughout your weight loss program.

I want you to picture your lifestyle right now. You completely get rid of all negative thoughts. You only think positively. You have many great characteristics and you only focus on the positive. You do this all the time. You only dwell on positive thoughts. Liking yourself for who you are will keep you motivated while losing weight.
