And as you continue to relax deeper and deeper and more deeply relaxed, you realize how powerful you are. You realize that it is important to get plenty of sleep in order to master lucid dreaming. It is important to get at least eight hours of sleep so that your mind has the ability to dream at night. Remember, you have control of your dreams. Every night before you go to bed, I want you to picture yourself dreaming and while you are dreaming, you are fully aware that you are dreaming, that’s right. As you are falling asleep, be open and allow yourself to dream and take an active role in them. Your mind responds to direct commands. Day by day you realize that you are getting better and better at having an active role in your dreams. Before you open your eyes in the morning, while you are in that relaxed state between sleep and alert, think about the dreams you had the night before and realize that you are becoming more and more aware that you are dreaming. You remain so calm and patient with your dreams. You find yourself with the ability to be in full awareness of your dreams while you are dreaming. Perhaps at first it’s only for a few minutes. Your skills are improving every night. You are able to have longer lucid dreaming. Imagine that every time you listen to this recording, you are able to remain in your dream for a minute longer, that’s right. You are completely aware that you are dreaming and you allow yourself to enjoy your dreams. As you get better and better at lucid dreaming, it becomes easier and easier for you to control your dreams. Along with the ability to have lucid dreams, comes the ability to control what occurs in your dreams. You realize that each dream has a purpose. You enjoy having the ability to control the dreams you experience every night. You learn to go to places you have never been before. You learn to control the people that are in your dreams. Now I want you to picture yourself as you are falling asleep at night. You remind yourself that you are in control. As you do this every night, day by day you realize you are getting better at it. Picture yourself sound asleep. You are having a wonderful dream. And you realize that you are dreaming. You go through the journey that this dream is taking you on. You have an open mind and you allow this dream to take you where ever it wants to take you. This dream has a lot of colors and symbolism. Your lucid dreams are very bright and vivid. Everything comes in crystal clear while you are dreaming. You are able to look around and see every detail in very bright colors. You enjoy seeing these vivid colors. You enjoy listening to all the sounds that occurring in your dream. You allow your ears to open so that you are able to listen to everything that is going on around you. You can hear all the sounds from the very loud ones to the very soft, practically inaudible sounds. You remain calm and relaxed while you dream, enjoying every aspect. While you are asleep you are very relaxed and very peaceful. You allow the dream to take you on your journey or you have the ability to be in control of your journey, the choice is yours. As you go along, you take in the sight, the sounds, the smells, and the feeling the dream gives you. It’s all so peaceful and relaxing and so enjoyable. Now imagine that it is morning time and you are in that phase between being asleep and being awake. Your eyes are still closed and you go over the dream in your head. Recall all the different details. Who was in your dream? What was going on in your dream? What did you see? What did you hear? What did you smell? And as you open your eyes, you are still able to remember. You realize that you have the ability to master lucid dreaming. You are able to fall asleep and experience all that your dream has to offer. You realize that you are dreaming and that feels wonderful. You master the skill of controlling what goes on in your dream and that feels wonderful. You enjoy dreaming, because you know that each and every night you are going to dream of something new. It may take a little while at first to master lucid dreaming, but you know that with time, you have the ability to control your dreams. You have the ability. You are strong. Remember that physical laws do not apply to your dreams. Your mind has complete control over your dreams, that’s right. You realize that your ability to master lucid dreaming is very powerful.
